Is your life the way you want it?
To have an amazing quality of life, you must have a strong personal foundation in place. Life will throw you bends in the road and curves you
don't want. With a strong personal foundation, you can overcome these
obstacles and challenges much more quickly.
The following is a sample to measure the strength of your personal
foundation. Essentially, it's a measure of your self-love and care.
Do you take care of yourself? Do you have daily practices to build a strong
foundation? Are you taking charge of your life, or are life's circumstances
and other people dictating your life?
The following is taken from the Clean Sweep™ program along with questions
I've added. Please check each answer that is really true. Be
brutally honest
with yourself and only say "yes" if it's truly a permanent part of
your life.
Health
