 Kim Murdock is dedicated to empowering people to discover their inner magnificence using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis.  She is a Life Coach in private practice and a certified practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis.  Founder of Alive & Well, Kim's goal is to transform the lives of individuals to produce the results they truly deserve in less time.  

Kim brings her diverse background in corporate management, marketing, sales, strategic planning, small business development, training and university teaching to her speaking and coaching.  She is also a dynamic speaker known for her high-energy, interactive presentations.  Through her speaking and coaching, Kim motivates and empowers people to make positive changes in their lives, reduce their stress and achieve their desired personal and professional goals. 

She holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a B.S. from the University of Colorado.  She is a member of the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) and has been seen on Denver’s CBS news affiliate coaching individuals around their careers.

Prior to becoming a Life Coach, Kim was an adjunct professor at the University of Denver.  Prior to that, she headed up a division of a publicly-traded marketing database company.
